- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Pleasant surprise! There were a couple of bad reviews so we went there just looking to check it out. The club needs a makeover which added to our concerns, but it was a rainy miserable evening so we thought we might as well try it out. I'm glad we did, the salt and sweet chilli squid and the chicken yellow curry were fantastic and of adequate portion size and well presented. We finished with the sticky date pudding with cream and ice cream which we shared - also really nice. The young ladies who tendered the tables were cheerful and helpful and the wait times were minimal. All in, a great value experience.By James Whittle, February 02, 2017
